Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where shown; shipping is calculated at checkout.

Custom, made-to-order product

Each portrait is personalised from the photo you supply. You confirm you have the right to use that photo and grant us a licence to use it solely to produce your order. You approve a digital proof before we print.

Our guarantee & revisions

We offer free revisions until you are happy with your proof. If we still cannot get it right, you are entitled to a refund under our Returns policy. Because items are personalised, standard change-of-mind returns do not apply once a proof is approved and printed — but the Love-It Guarantee always does.

Shipping

Production and delivery timescales are set out on our Shipping page. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control but will always help resolve issues.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing images. We may decline any order at our discretion and refund it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
