Every portrait is custom-made for your specific pet. Nothing is pre-printed.

Production & dispatch

Once you approve your digital preview (usually within 24–48 hours of ordering), your portrait is printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Delivery times

Delivery depends on your location and the format you choose, and is shown at checkout. We print through a global fulfilment network, so most orders are produced and shipped from the facility closest to you.

• Posters: typically 3–7 business days in-region after dispatch
• Framed & canvas: typically 5–10 business days in-region after dispatch
• Digital files: delivered by email, no shipping required

Need it by a date?

Message us with your date before ordering and we'll be honest about whether we can make it. A digital copy is a great backup — give it on the day while the print travels.

Damage or wrong address

Arrived damaged? Send a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint and reship free. Wrong address? Contact us right away — if it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.
