Different products ship different ways. Here is the honest timeline for each — the date shown at checkout is the one we actually expect to hit.
Custom portraits (poster, framed, canvas)
Proof by email in 24–48 hours → you approve → printed and dispatched in the UK within 3–5 business days. Posters usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch; framed and canvas 5–10. Tracking is emailed the day it ships.

Portrait proof by email within about 24 hours of sending your photo → you approve → hand-packed and posted Royal Mail 48. Allow 3–5 working days end to end. Free UK shipping, tracked.
Digital portraits
By email only: proof in 24–48 hours, final high-resolution file as soon as you approve. Nothing ships.
Gift deadlines
Working to a birthday, memorial date, or Christmas? Email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic.
Tracking, address changes, and damage
Every order ships tracked — no exceptions. Wrong address: contact us immediately. Damage: photos within 30 days and we replace or refund at our cost.
