• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card details.
• Usage data: cookies and analytics to improve the store.

• To create, review, and fulfil your portrait order.
• To send order updates and your digital proof for approval.
• With your consent, to send marketing you can opt out of at any time.

Who we share it with

Only trusted providers needed to run the business: Shopify (store & checkout), our payment processor, our print & fulfilment partner (to produce and ship your portrait), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Your pet photo

We use the photo you provide solely to create your portrait and for quality review. We will not use it publicly without your permission.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to marketing, by emailing us.
