What photo works best?

Clear, front- or side-facing, both eyes visible, good light, in focus, just your pet. Phone photos are perfect — and if yours needs a tweak, we'll tell you before we start.

Will it really look like my pet?

Yes — that's the whole point. A real human reviews every portrait against your photo, and you get free revisions until the likeness is right.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes. Add a 2nd or 3rd pet and we'll bring the whole royal family together in one portrait.

What sizes and formats are there?

12×18 up to 18×24, as a premium poster, framed, or ready-to-hang canvas. Prefer something instant? Choose the Digital Royal Portrait.

How long does it take?

Your digital preview arrives in 24–48 hours. After you approve, we ship within 3–5 business days. Need it by a date? Message us first.

What if I don't love it?

The Love-It Guarantee covers free, unlimited revisions, or a refund if we still can't make you happy. We don't print until you approve.

Do you ship to me?
