Custom-made, so no general returns

Because every portrait is created specifically for your pet, we can't accept general returns or exchanges. Instead, you're protected before and after printing by the guarantee below.

Revisions

Before anything is printed, we send a digital preview for your approval. Request free revisions — colours, garment, background, or likeness — until you're happy. Most portraits are approved on the first or second preview.

Refunds

• Before approval: changed your mind before we've designed it? Full refund, no friction.
• Likeness: not happy with how it looks? We revise free until it's right; if we genuinely can't satisfy you, we refund.
• Damaged or defective: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship free — no return needed.
• Our error (wrong item, printing defect): always replaced free.
