House of Whiskerton — Returns & Refunds

Every portrait is personalised and made to order from your photo. Because of this, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 custom, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel for change of mind once we have started production. Here is how we protect you instead:

You approve before we print. We email you a digital proof first. Nothing is printed until you are happy, and we will revise it free, as many times as it takes, until the likeness is right.

Love-It Guarantee. If we genuinely cannot get your portrait right, we will refund you in full before printing. No risk to you while we earn your trust.

Damaged, faulty or not as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it. Please include a photo so we can sort it quickly.

Before you order: please upload a clear, front-facing photo in good light. If we need a better one, we will tell you before we start. We never guess.
