Every House of Whiskerton portrait is made to order from your pet's photo. We do not keep pre-printed stock, and production begins only after you approve your preview.
Artwork timeline
Most customers receive their preview within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. If we need a clearer photo or a detail confirmed, we will contact you before production continues.
Production and dispatch
After approval, most orders are printed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the order ships.
Typical delivery windows
- Posters: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Framed and canvas orders: usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Digital files: delivered by email only, with no shipping required
Need it for a gift date?
If you have a birthday, memorial date, or other deadline, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic.
Tracking, address changes, and damage
We email tracking once the parcel leaves production. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If an item arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
