Our Love-It Guarantee starts before print. You receive the artwork first so changes can be made before your portrait moves into final production.
Because each order is custom made
Each portrait is created specifically for your pet, so we do not offer standard returns in the same way a mass-produced product store would. Instead, we protect the order at the artwork stage before final production begins.
Revisions before approval
Before anything is printed, you receive a digital preview. You can request changes to likeness, colors, outfit choice, or general feel. We would much rather revise the artwork than send something that feels wrong.
Refunds
- Before artwork starts: if you change your mind early, contact us and we will help.
- If the likeness is off: we revise first. If the portrait still does not feel right after a fair revision process, we will refund you.
- If an item arrives damaged: send photos within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
- If we made an error: wrong item, print defect, or production issue will always be corrected at our cost.
